About the event
CFA and ESEM are widely used techniques for examining the underlying structure of psychological measures. They allow you to test theoretical factor structures, evaluate model fit, and better understand the relationships between observed items and latent constructs. The session will be a mix of practical and statistical instruction, including worked examples using an established measure in sport and exercise psychology.
Through attending this session, you will:
· Gain an understanding of the principles and assumptions underpinning CFA and ESEM.
· Learn how to specify, test, and evaluate CFA and ESEM models using Mplus.
